Terms of Service

Cubbi ("the app") is published by Amino Industries ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Not medical advice

Cubbi is a personal organizational tool, not a medical product. It helps you keep track of what supplements you take, when you take them, and when you're running low.

The app does not provide:

• Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Dosage recommendations
• Drug interaction warnings
• Allergy or contraindication alerts
• Any other clinical guidance

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including serving amounts, package amounts, routines, and notes. Always follow the directions printed on product packaging and the guidance of qualified medical professionals.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services. The app is not designed to be relied on in emergencies.

Use of the app

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except where allowed by law
• Use the app in a way that violates any law or that interferes with other users
• Resell or sublicense access to the app

Content you enter

You own the content you enter into the app — your items, notes, and routines. Most app data remains on your device and under your control. If you use cloud-assisted label scanning, a temporary label image is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

The app, including its design, mascot illustration, product asset illustrations, code, and copy, is the property of Amino Industries. The Amino Industries name and the Cubbi name and logo are protected.

Third-party services

The app may use cloud-assisted label extraction to prefill supplement details from a label image. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of third-party services.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or that any information surfaced will be accurate, complete, or current.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amino Industries is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall Amino Industries' total liability exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to use the app in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (b) US $10.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material updates will be reflected in app updates. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access to the app if we reasonably believe you are violating these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
